Know that simply because there is a product or a service that you like offering doesn't mean that the market can support it. Your niche is where your interests, skills and market demand are able to create a confluence that you are able to exploit. It is important to note that becoming an entrepreneur is easy- continuing as entrepreneur is where the hard work is. Because while we can define the cultivation of the mindset couple with identifying your niche and matching your skill set- what makes a true entrepreneur is your ability to be flexible, to pivot and your ability to understand that driving value is usually harder than it looks on paper. So in my experience it is crucial to build the right mindset and to do that focus on these three things 1: Identify what skill set you have that can contribute to solving the problem you want to solve 2: Understand that it is not a fast-track to financial freedom. 3: Trust yourself, build the right support system and keep on going.
Entrepreneurship has an element of exploration about it. Whether discovering new territories to cultivate or terrains traveled through, the quest to move in purpose and etch one’s mark. It is intangible wealth to consider what data can come from surveying the environment through research, observation, and positioning of customers in knowing how to secure new ones. The desire to move within domains that ones talents and ability to realign resources for attracting growth can be distinctive in separating them from others who are lagging behind to execute at their level or for those who have since tried and quit. Strategic mastery in tactical execution may show one with readiness applied when gaining proper intel from available data points.
E-commerce, or starting a small business can be a good start. Your character traits are much more important than the field in which you will choose to be an entrepreneur. The determination to continue forward, even when it's raining and only a storm is visible on the horizon, is the one that will determine more than anything whether you will succeed. I'm not saying that you can be light on the trigger at the level of business expenses and not pay attention to the little things. But a strong character will help you more than anything to navigate the stormy sea of competition and will give you the ability to continue when you reach the "valley of death" where most entrepreneurs decide to quit the race and go back to being employees.

The Business Model Canvas is an excellent example of how to develop a business model. It is about 9 building blocks that are divided into "Front Stage" - everything related to the customer side and "Back Stage" - everything related to administration and development. The model lies on 2 central building blocks - Income versus Cost, so it always allows you to check where you stand in terms of profitability and business feasibility. Ultimately, you have to deliver to your customer and if you don't do it in profitably, the whole model isn't worth the paper it's written on.
In my experience identifying a business model goes beyond what is written on your business pitch/plan. So while your Business model canvas may help you map out and test your proposed business model, be ready to constantly make adjustments along the way. And just because one way does not work doesn’t mean another way wouldn’t. For me, the business model is a constant experimentation process in search of a repeatable way to make money from your core offering.
To start making progress on your business idea immediately, then use the Lean Canvas. Why? It's a one-page business design technique that anyone can do simply and easily. You don't need a full-fledged idea. You just need an idea and some general knowledge about your approach. As you build out the one-page, you'll discover the areas you know really well and the ones you need to delve into. That's your compass to get started. If you're stuck, just google Lean Canvas and Ash Maurya. Or, Google your favorite company and Lean Canvas. Like AirBNB Lean Canvas, Amazon Lean Canvas, YouTube Lean Canvas, etc. And you'll find plenty of examples.

Waiting until you can become a millionaire is stopping you from becoming a healthy thousandaire.
I have posted often on the concept of entrepreneurship and whether or not it can be taught. I am of the opinion that either have it or you don’t it’s in your blood or it’s not. Most of the greatest entrepreneurs that I have ever met our people that have had no formal business training, rather they have come from nothing to become great business people based upon common sense, and the way that they treat others. the most successful entrepreneurs that I have found usually come from poor humble backgrounds and have gutted their way into success. Find me somebody who can survive on a street corner with nothing and I’ll show you someone who at their core is an amazing entrepreneur.
