Let's be frank, most 'startup development courses', incubators and accelerators are really more like 'fundraising prep', with a huge focus on pitching investors and marketing/packaging. There needs to be a healthy balance between building and fundraising- perhaps in many cases, the latter isn't even required as it may be strapping a timebomb to the company before the company is even ready to fly, hence diminishing it's chances of taking off anywhere at all.
