Starting with the end in mind is important for businesses. Most entrepreneurs start off a business with a great idea, but many never think about the end goals and eventual ways to exit. With the end in mind, it then becomes very easy to structure the vision, the financial strategies so that you get to increase the chances of reaching that goal. And there are so many ways that the entrepreneur can increase the value so that the business can grow eventually. Protecting that income and profitability of the business always helps the entrepreneur to ensure that the business becomes sustainable and continuity will always be in place, both in good times and bad as well.

Once you have a vision of 10x is easier than 2x as a leader, it will cascade down to everyone else. The management, the staff, the suppliers, the customers and so on. Everyone starts to think outside the box in order to grow the value of the business model by 10x! In fact, you will attract the right type of stakeholders and people who are willing and wanting to grow. And you may also push away the people who may not be thinking about growing. This becomes a natural filter of who might be the right fit for you, your industry and the stakeholders all around you. And it all starts with the right framing of perspective. This translates to the effective use of the financial resources to be able to increase the value of the business as well!

One of the ways to grow is to have a mindset, of 10x is easier than 2x. 2x growth is a linear way of growth. You probably just need to keep doing more of what you are already doing. It is sheer hard work and you do not need to change much of what you are doing. 10x growth is an exponential way of thinking. It also probably means that 80% of what you are doing is not going to get you there. You have to shift your mindset and reframe the way you view the business. It is about letting go of 80% of the things you are currently doing and zooming into the 20% and refilling the rest of the time with an "expanded vision and growth" which can even translate to more free time! With that vision in mind, it also means that you need to simplify life!
