Engaging with a diverse ecosystem is vital for innovation. While blending ideas from various domains like art and science is beneficial, true creativity emerges when we welcome insights beyond just experts. Fresh perspectives, even from outside our field, can be enlightening. It's about merging the known with the novel, overcoming skepticism, and crafting a visionary plan. Innovation isn't always about the 'new'; it's how we integrate it.

I think, we have to be precautious about using imperative terms about how to adopt innovation frameworks. There are no evidence, statistical, about how adopt any framework, and we as ¨experts¨needs to understand that any organization, and every team needs to understand why they need to and how they need to consume expertise from other fields. Because every path is individual. Nonetheless, it is important to listen to other experiences in order to index the best tools in each individual process. Any collaboration could enhance our vision, but has to be indexed in the experimental process, if we want to test some other creativity input, we need to assign metrics and monitor it in order to understand the impact..

It can also allow ways of working to solidify to the seemingly unchangeable. Adopting a growth mindset first comes with the belief that things can change and will improve when they do. Once minds are open, a way to begin is to take inventory of your operations and personnel. Write down every instance "that's how we have always done it" comes up. Go after those topics first. Avoid the low-hanging fruit to enact meaningful change.
