De manera general, cuando una persona está incumpliendo con sus objetivos es porque hay motivos/miedos que le está impidiendo realizar su trabajo de la mejor manera. Lo primero y mas importante es detectar esas barreras que hacen que no llegue donde debe llegar, resolverlo y dar toda la formacion necesaria. Evidentemente tambien hay que hacerle ver que aqui se está para trabajar, que como líder le vas a dar todo el apoyo para resolver esto, pero que tambien el trabajo tiene que salir, y si de manera repetida las cosas no se cumplen habrá que tomar medidas.

Una de las cosas que yo aplico en mi equipo de trabajo es poner tiempos, para ir solucionando las cosas, hacer seguimiento y ver que la otra parte pone remedios para conseguir avanzar, si la cosa no cambia evidentemente no puedo tener en mi equipo personas que no cumplen con sus responsabilidades.

No creo que ajustar estrategias sea una solución. Como directivo tengo que saber que lo que se está pidiendo es adecuado, es mi trabajo, si voy adaptando el trabajo al mínimo esfuerzo, mi equipo no va a ser competitivo ni productivo. Mi trabajo consiste en saber sacar lo mejor de mi equipo, en hacer equipos productivos, y tambien en saber seleccionar los perfiles adecuados, no todo el mundo vale para todo.
