Create Clear Calls-to-Action: Use clear and direct calls-to-action, such as "Join now to start earning rewards!" or "Redeem your points today!"

Make sure the benefit is worth the effort. You might be pushing for people to sign up, but if you're expecting them to fill out a form, is it simple enough not to be a burden? Do they feel that the benefits they'll get are worth their input? Keep in mind what's in it for them, not what's in it for you when you're communicating. Also, make sure you're doing enough to keep building trust whenever you communicate with them elsewhere. It's tough to get loyalty if you don't have trust in the first place.
