A key to reviewing sustainability improvements is understanding and emphasizing how they've been adopted structurally. For example, having everyone bike to work because you said so for a week will not improve long-term behavior. Putting a bike rack in the building to make it easier will. Reducing the long-term sources of friction around actions is critical.

For 25 years I've worked in one of the industries that has the greatest impact on the planet, the textile and fashion industry. I've seen it all, and it can't be considered sustainable either in terms of production or consumerism.
