You can compare the effects of the Logistics system including effectiveness, consumption trends, demand forecasting, safety level, requirement automation process to improve your Inventories, updated technology, open warehouse inventory method, close warehouse inventory method and last but not least your standard Key Performance Indicators and SOPs. The best way to display your model and implement is to maintain the dashboard, graphic design charts and sign boards.

Have a better control on your system When it comes to these two important controlling parameters , Any best advise for calibrating what your designed system says with what happens outside your room counts.
