Saber gestionarlo y aplicarlo es una habilidad conversacional. No es sencillo utilizar eficientemente el silencio. As a business coach, I always say silence is a superpower. Use pauses after listening to truly understand your clients and colleagues. Silence is a super power!!! If you can master sitting in silence with people staring at you, you may be able to do ANYTHING! Silence, as you see in this tread, has many applications. Most folks will do or say anything to fill the silence. Build the skill of being comfortable when uncomfortable by practicing "gazing", where you gaze into someone else's eyes, without speaking, for 2 minutes. Start at 30 seconds and work your way up to 2 minutes.
