Servant leadership is my favorite leadership style as it is, by far, the most effective in helping the team reach their full potential and push their capabilities to the next level. It also significantly contributes to enhancing psychological safety within the team, leading to extremely low attrition rate. This is because the team is highly motivated and inspired, trusting a leader who is dedicated to supporting them in both accomplishing their tasks and advancing their careers.
