Delegation of work may seem like an easy task but it requires planning & patience. Because the servant leaders are subject to get the work done with the best possible way in a stipulated time frame. Many a times it seems like ,its better to get the things done by someone expert but servant leaders patiently cultivate the space of empowering team members. In short term, it may seem like a set back in terms of quality of the deliverables but in the long run those persistent acts empowers an individual to perform better.
