some way we can improve this is by considering the following Define Evaluation Criteria: here you set your criteria to be met for evaluation for ever print job and share with others. Encourage Specific Feedback: Encourage peers to provide specific feedback rather than generic comments. Specific feedback helps you understand exactly what aspects of your 3D printing need improvement.

Be constructive with the criticism - share your real time experience, this can help them to look into things with better clarity - don't make the feedback with only intention to criticize only , point out if they did anything amazing and appreciate them. This will boost their confidence over their skill
