I like to start by saying on line learning is not for all. I am certainly not a great fan of fit. It requires great discipline, mentally, physically, emotionally and being ready to face the camera. Not all of us are good to face a camera. There are many hinderances, to name a few lacks of access to proper internet access no human interaction, there can be many distractions, attention span is low, lack of motivation and many more……. I have heard many young people saying “I got stressed and depressed and I had to got sever anxiety including feeling lonely and my productively was low……..”

As a teacher, I've developed and integrated digital teaching tools like Javascript and Teams to minimize time spent correcting simple calculation errors on the part of my students and maximize time spent answering comprehension questions instead. I've built a series of self-correcting exercizes sutdent can do on their own. I only have to help with conceptual and comprehension questions. These tools also allow me to transfer them to other classes that are not mine but where a substitute is present (massive teacher shortage in the West), so students can basically learn on their own and I only have to pop by from time to time to answer more complex questions.

Your health and wellness which is key to avoiding burnout and poor results. 3. The time frame for desired skills upgrading. Would you be required to sacrafice major activities or would it be possible to take it in modules? By motivation reflect on the importance of acquiring the skills or training, both to you aa an individual and your team. If possible get an accountability buddy who will hold you accountable for what you commit to do. This could be a friend, a colleague, a family member or even an on-line community or study group.

With the fast moving world, one needs to upgrade and up skill continuously if they wish to be a part of the thriving population. technology and science is growing leaps and bounds and to match our pace with it, we have to take courses be it online / offline. Develop the ability and mindset of unlearning and relearning.

there are many people in your organization that have knowledge, skills and the desire to share this skill. Create the opportunity for them to design and develop a course. You will create a high sense of belonging and intrinsic motivation in those that are given this opportunity, and valuable resources for the rest of the organization.
