Some of the challenges I have had in projects using prefabricated fully fitted pods have been: delivering and protecting prefabricated elements during early stages of construction - these large size pods need to be craned in place and they need to be fully protected so that their finished elements are not damaged during construction work; making sure that accuracy is maintained during contruction as pre - fabricated elements have little flexibility once in place; finding solutions where reality in place didnt match the perfect sizing achieved in a manufacturing environment.
