BUT ABOVE ALL: As soon as some mismatch, misunderstandings or problems occur drop all of these and use the good old VOICE CALL.

So I asked them to stand, pick a corner of the hall if they can. Then I said, "Open the selfie video, smile then press RECORD and repeat after me." In the next moments: there was a lot of laughing & shouting as I delivered to them their first script HI Guys! This is ______ I'm here in ______..... They happily complied. Of course, the videos they made were noisy. But I bet their shyness has left the hall. Nothing creates an impact on your audience more than doing things in person - using their own mobile device, themselves.

Another consideration about Mobile technologies is that they allow you to know if all the steps were achieved with technical feedbacks embeded. This way, you can understand the profile of use of the device for each colleagues or groups of colleagues. For instance, should I sent a message in the early morning or in the night, should I sent a poll or survey on a Friday night or a Monday morning.

One thing I found helpful was the creation of a shared digital hub for success stories and best practices. The hub became our go-to place for learning from each other. I would call this "convincing" via practical examples. The hub, a modest idea, turned out to be the catalyst for our collective success and the best way to actually convince the colleagues to use a given approach, method, tool or phylosophy.
