How can you use KPIs to show your value to your manager?

To achieve the organizational goal, it is important that your KPI outcome should meet with the organization objective. Adding the value in KPI reflect the performance an individual contributor and way of highlighting the achievements.

Plug in gaps regularly. Empower your teams/ employees. Upskill - both yourself n your teams. After all our team's performance is our performance. Create a happy environment for results.
