Pivoting, usually of columns to summarize the categories by their value pairs, creating new columns for each of those categories. Mapping can be achived through creation of new columns with conditional statement.

As of my knowledge, There are multiple ETL tools available in Market, but we need consider below factors to choose ETL tool. 1.Usability:- User friendly Interface tool 2.Data Quality:- Maintain data Quality like Transformations, Cleaning etc 3.Performance:- It is most important execution time of the task, if data is more it works optimally. 4.Compatibility:- It supports various operating systems and also connectors availability. 5.Costing:-It plays an important role as this will count in the company’s budget

First, companies should check if they already have an ETL tool. Surprisingly, many decision-makers are not aware of this availability. For instance, many departmental demands can be seamlessly solved using Power Query in Microsoft Excel. More robust needs can be addressed with Power BI.
