Something great that can continue to help build relationships within the team is to schedule smaller activities based on Enneagram profiles that are complimentary. You can also do the same with Enneagram profiles that aren't as great of a fit- have a moderator in a group think session where the goal is to talk about a specific area within the workplace that could be improved and open up the floor to ideas with the goal of understanding where each other is coming from and how thinking patterns and other styles work differently and how you can all work to get on the same page.
