Data is information, and only that, if it is not treated properly! While the goal may be to increase test scores or increase attendance percentage, these are not goals the team has control over. What they have control over are the lesson designs, supports, engagement and communication strategies. We focus on what we can control that we believe will impact the lag goals we want to achieve. This gives each member of the team an action they can do and influence.
