La RV permite la creación de entornos virtuales que simulan situaciones realistas en el sitio de construcción, los supervisores pueden practicar la toma de decisiones y la resolución de problemas en un entorno seguro antes de enfrentarse a situaciones reales. Se puede utilizar la RA para superponer información sobre riesgos potenciales en el sitio de construcción, ayudando a los supervisores a identificar y abordar posibles peligros antes de que comience la construcción. Un PM siempre y más en etapas tempranas confrontará esta pregunta, cómo involucro a este interesado clave?... es aquí donde las opciones de RA irán mas lejos que la RV, pues es el obejtivo no sera solo "saber" o "conocer" el estado de progreso, sino generar la sensacion de "estar ahí"... y eso hará que el interesado exteriorice insides o funadmente mejor alguna necesidad o requisito. La RV puede explotarse también, para ese reporta "al instante" que muchos sponsor, interesados y jefes demandan hoy en día, plataformas digitales muy amigables facilitan el proceso hoy en dia.

Hay diferentes niveles de necesidades de capacitación: para los que se inician, para los que requieren implemtar una herramienta, para los que quieren actualizar conocimientos y los que desean saber algo nuevo en lo que saben mucho. Desde ahí la RA es de lejos más costosa que la RV, por lo tanto la RV será de mayor demanda para la formacion del personal que inicia o que requiere una herramienta nueva, pues el mando medio para abajo es quien mas requiere estaa opciones. Para directores, gerentes y mando alto, será posible obetener resultados más eficientes con RA pues la experiencia generará mejor comprensión de lo nuevo que se ofrece y claro, la demanda es mucho menor que el grupo de mando medio hacia abajo.

En Perú, el desafio principal es inversión; se hace muchas cosaa de manera tradicional, en algunos sectores como TI y Banca, hay personal y herramientas de RA/RV bien identificadas que justifican su inversión; sin embargo construcción llega algo relegado ante ello. El uso de estas herramientas (RA/RV) deben atravesar un escrutinio atipico para que se opte su implementación, pues no se tiene muchos casos de éxito que facilite su uso. Sin duda deberá ser progresivo, y desde ahi la gama y bondades de las herramientas podran ser progresivas también; sin uda se podrian adecuar algunas herramientas aue funciona bien y son libres o no muy costosas en otros segmentos.

En algunas transformaciones digitales, se precisa que el proceso debe adecuarse a la herramienta; aquí sin duda esto no procede, pues la resistencia al cambio estará en funcion a la funcionalidad y fiabilidad de la herramienta y opcion que se escoja. Sera imprescindible partir desde un proceso claro, bien definido y que funcione... es decir llevarlo que esté en la madurez (según Tuckman), con ello el riesgo de necesitar cambiar la herramienta podrá mitigarse en gran medida; demasiado ambicioso pensar en eliminar ese riesgo. Otra vertical de opción será la de explotar opciones en desarrollo, de costos de implementacion mínimas o incluso libres, quizá estas ultimas requieran mas trabajo para ser integradas, pero beneficio/esfuerzo justificará
