From my experience, active listening is a powerful tool to gauge how well your advice is being received and what steps are needed next. The way someone speaks, their vocabulary and even their pauses all contribute to understanding their message beyond just the words. Engaging in active listening allows us to pick up on these signals. It seems as though I am not merely anticipating the end or resolution, but actively following the entire conversation and drawing conclusions in my head. It's crucial to listen to others and make adjustments as necessary. Staying informed and ensuring this intervention brings genuine satisfaction are key.

Active listening is technique that need practice to deep listening,at the same time observing body language that combine with messages and such a listening is according on goal and purpose&listener become engage to client’s talking and help understanding mutually, provide feedback.Although efficacy of intervention determine by empirical research but if take look closely,active listening is kind of survey,asking and answering questions provides knowledge ,strategies to evaluate efficacy of intervention so after listening documentation outcomes,context of data provide information to assess and measuring issues and evidence,filtering data, classification,analysis changes over time,monitoring to get feedback&compare with previous situations,

Je n’ai jamais vraiment adhéré à ce terme, l’écoute active…. Il y aurait donc une écoute passive ? Est-ce encore de l’écoute si je suis passif ? Ma traduction personnelle de l’écoute active, c’est d’activer notre écoute en acceptant de se rendre dans le monde de l’autre et de le questionner, entre autres. Et le questionnant, à son tour il s’active, il creuse, il vous raconte ce qui est important pour lui. Et ce n’est plus seulement une question de communication, c’est l’occasion de se rencontrer vraiment. Quant à savoir si l’écoute active permet d’évaluer l’efficacité d’une intervention, je me dis que l’intelligence artificielle a encore des progrès à faire pour poser une problématique…. Heureusement pour nous !
