This is a terrible mistake. There is no need to customize a resume for each job. The resume is not about the job it is about YOU. You don't change, so why should your resume? Start your resume with a short list, bullet points, of your "Selected Accomplishments." Change the order so that the most relevant for the job for which you are applying is first. But that's it. You are still you. Today people can literally apply for hundreds of jobs. Do you really think having hundreds of resumes floating around is a good idea?
