All feedback is good feedback, even if much must be taken with a grain of salt. Identify why the person is giving the feedback - is it to help you or themselves? If it’s to help you, then it’s coming from a good place, even if it’s tough to hear. The abundance/growth mindset is a powerful one to adopt, and more generally just believing in yourself and being able to find the good in any and every situation will serve you well, especially as an entrepreneur or leader.

If you don’t hear the feedback, or are being defensive in your mind while it’s being provided, you won’t hear it to benefit from it. Understand where the person is coming from - often it’s genuinely in hopes of helping you. If so, you probably at least want to hear them out.

Great communication is two-way (or more) and can turn “bad situations” into good ones. If you don’t hear them and then engage in dialogue to unpack what they’re telling you and learning how it can help you on your journey, it was a waste of both of your time and effort; but if you can actually benefit from it - it can truly be a win.
