I am so glad you asked! Identify your transferrable skills. My background is in talent acquisition and HR business partnering. Organically over the last decade, I have had internal communications experience and skills. Consider employer branding (EB) opportunities! I just did a bit of a lattice move to satisfy my thirst for continued professional development and learning. EB touches internal and external communications and organizations are placing a continued emphasis on this position and the value add for the overall employee experience.
