One shall consider the following: 1. Liking for analytical calculations and trend analysis understanding by reading the available data. 2. Must have the skills of negotiations, establishing rapport with the suppliers, dealers and internal stake holders. 3. Overall team management These are just some of the responsibilities in a sales manager's job description.
