Aunque muchas organizaciones son muy celosas con compartir información una vez son atacadas, no hay mejor aprendizaje que el que ha podido capitalizar otro. Basado en esto, la mayor recomendación que haría es invitarte a ti y a tu equipo a desarrollar una red de colegas, en la que se compartan información sobre las cosas que están ocurriendo en sus organizaciones. De esta manera se genera un conocimiento colectivo y localizado sobre lo que están sufriendo las organizaciones. Por ende al generar esas relaciones tendrás información de primera mano sobre cómo poder protegerte y actuar ante eventuales ataques de ciberseguridad en tu organización.

Train like you fight. It's an old adage, but nonetheless true. Your team cannot train one way, and then react differently when the incident occurs. Firefighters, police, EMT's, all train in environments meant to ensure that they make the right calls during the actual crisis, and cyber incident response is no different. So after you create new response procedures, or implement new cyber controls, considering a full red team incident where the team believes it is real. Look for teachable moments on when they have strayed from what they should have done. Reinforce, positively, that the new methods save time and help make better decisions. And most importantly, LISTEN. Your response team will tell you when something doesn't work!!

utilizar mitre ATT&C para saber como funcionan las amenazas, siempre ir un paso adelante en terminos de ciberseguridad es primordial, pensar como los atacantes tambien sirve ya que te prepara para los posibles pasos que ellos puedan dar y lograr anticiparte, estar continuamente entrenando en las ultimas tendencias es cibersec revisar marcadores de ataques por pais, por rubro, por industria, hacer metricas, aplicar estas metricas, tener planes disaster recovery en caso de que nada funcione y te ataquen igualmente.
