I think it's very important in software development to realize that some conflict is good. I've been in organizations where engineers dispute solutions, challenge each other, question approaches, and push back. Many times this is perceived as negative, but I view it as healthy. You cannot foster a culture of engineering or innovation if you're not permitting your engineering team to have tough conversations, question and challenge each other to work it out. Obviously there is a balance and engineer must always be professional. Yet I've been in a number of offices filled with engineers without a true culture of engineering. No discussions, no whiteboard conversations, everyone is heads down and keeping to themselves.

This will support the management team to act as Catalyst. This will tell what and how needs to be done in the process. This will also benefit those applying the agile implementation framework.

Therefore, I think, using the suggestions of the PDCA cycle and the opinion of experts on its effective implementation in organizations can be effective in the overall improvement of the system.

Conflicts mostly arise from misunderstanding and communication problems. The team members should be able to communicating each other quite often. Actually all the time would be better. Fear comes from not understanding something. In deep down people don't trust the other people and even fear them. That's the basic instincts of human. So the project co-coordinator must create a space for them to connect, build trust. The communications should be light-heated but need to be serious when it comes to work. Need to be aware of over-communication that is not related to works. But after a job well-done, praise each other and share the feeling of the small triumphs among team-members.
