The best way is to use a CRM, this will serve different purposes. It will enhance your experience as a photographer and give you the possibility to monitor your revenues and costs. It will also serve as a good tool to enhance the customer experience as you will send invoices and forms through it. In my personal experience, it is important always to have the possibility to see where you are at during the year and steer your business accordingly.
