It is necessary to choose such a tool that can measure latency according to local servers, servers in other cities in the country, but also servers located in other countries (you need to be careful because not all tools provide this option). And it is certainly good to find at least two such quality tools, measure the signal with one tool and do the control with another tool.

With this item, the most important thing is to establish the fact that the mobile device is 5G compatible and that the tools used to test the compatibility of the 5G network and the device support measurements on the frequencies used in 5G systems. It is also necessary to determine that Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and other types of mobile Internet access that exist on the mobile device are turned off.

It is necessary to carry out tests in several locations and at different times of the day, and even at different times due to meteorological conditions. Measurements must be made in urban and rural areas and on highways and roads of different categories. Also, the analysis should be done in the morning hours (7 - 10 a.m.), during the day during peak time (11 - 2 p.m.) and in the evening hours (9 - 12 p.m.) when young people (pre-paid users) use network access.
