One way I've applied this in a good way is by adding visual debugging tools for our testers. There are several Visual debugging such as Network Loggers, Layout Debuggers, and even normal Loggers. By adding these tools, getting information on issues during real time testing can be shortened because the testers can get logs in-real time without having to rely on a server error logger and/or a laptop to attach their devices to to view logs.

Another thing to keep in mind when debugging is not just recording crashes. But also recording errors, and device logs. This can be done in Crashlytics as well. By having more information, it is easier to find out what is actually causing the issue rather than just having a crash log to look at
