How can you tell when your resume is ready for submission?

A tailored resume looks something like this: I'm hiring a Senior Backend Ruby on Rails Software Developer. Your resume should reflect experience working with Ruby and Rails frameworks on backend development with scope of knowledge to build and maintain. You may have knowledge and experience with other frameworks and roles, but I'm specifically hiring for THIS role. I am going to be looking for the requirements listed in your work experience. If it's not there, I don't know what you don't know. If you're also proficient in Java, but this role isn't asking for it, perhaps you have a more Java-focused resume to apply to Java roles.
