How can you teach employees about the materials used in your products?

My method is quite simple really. I start my training on any topic by asking people about it. Some groups and more than often some individuals get me surprised This is the way to group learning and getting to know one another, actually sharing knowledge. My role is just channelling. As a rule, there would be a few things missing from their "list"; these I put special focus on. Knowledge and understanding can't be seen from the outside !

Employee education regarding product materials necessitates a comprehensive, continuous approach. Provide specialized modules for fundamental comprehension, akin to building blocks. Practical knowledge is enhanced by practical experiences, like product walkthroughs. Provide a clear channel of communication for questions and foster an environment of understanding. Continuous learning is ensured by this dynamic approach, which also aligns employee knowledge with changing product landscapes.

Since my major industry is food-related, blind tests are my fav! Only then you realise that people tend to buy always the same products and some even never, saying "I don't like this and that". Once they try it they might even fall in love with some of the foods they were avoiding They also pay much more attention to the features, taste and smell, textures - when not biased by the packaging.
