it's always important to make clear rules and responsibilities within a QMS, but as companies scale, there are more people involved, more specialised roles and effective communication becomes more difficult, so it becomes essential to clarify who is responsible for what, make sure it is clearly communicated. Methods for communication, training and onboarding also become more important.
