While also building even stronger more authentic relationships by being real yet supportive.

Be kind and keep the feedback specific, actionable, and tied to measurable outcomes. Also, be open to receiving feedback from others as well, this will foster a culture of constructive feedback, an environment where continuous learning and growth are valued, ultimately benefiting both individuals and the organization as a whole.

In my mind, feedback is most beneficial when it comes from someone who has sufficient visibility to your work over an extended period of time, and when there is an established relationship of trust. In order for someone to really hear criticism in a way that is not hurtful, they should believe that you sincerely have their best interest in mind. Moreover, constructive criticism is received very differently when it is actually requested, as opposed to being volunteered.

Totally agree with your views but in collaboration important is to understand that we should have idea about the overall objective and it should be crystal clear so that we may focus towards results not to show individual performance.

One thing I've found helpful is managing roles and expectations - we all have tasks we are good at and love doing and tasks we don't. Working with a colleague gives us the chance to watch them in action and learn a new skill while showcasing our abilities. This is a classic case of 1+1=3.

Yes of course it's so important to recognize their accomplishments to reboost their potential and energy and enhance the level of motivation in them such as some outing plan, or incentivise in terms of family lunch etc can add value.
