If proper definition is defined, then there can be an ease in achieving the goal. The success rate depends on all the factors and no factor can be neglected. Instead of weekly tracking, three day tracking works the best and people get actual time to work rather than attending meetings and getting extra stress.

I believe this involves clear communication, setting achievable goals, effective delegation, resource optimization, motivation, time management, problem-solving, continuous feedback, adaptability, and celebrating achievements. Prioritize tasks, empower team members, optimize resources, and foster a positive work environment to ensure success.

On a tight deadline, I would go for making things more clear for everyone by defining the scope of work and identifying goals to be achieved with their respective priorities.
