Esto va agilizar mucho los procesos y procedimientos de la tarea que estén haciendo, para celebrar también eso bueno que esta haciendo.

Sin duda no existe secretos para estar al día he informados, la hospitalidad esta en constante evolución por lo tanto debemos de mantener nuestras habilidades, conocimientos y nuestras competencias actualizadas. Mantenernos actualizados y en constante aprendizaje es la formula, y actualmente existen muchas formas y maneras de hacerlas, métodos y tecnología que nos puede ayudar. Mantenernos con ideas nuevas constantemente será indispensable.

In my personal experience this is particularly important. Staying healthy, mentally and physically is key. Separating yourself from the work when you are not there can be challenging because your mind is constantly worrying about what things need to be accomplished. However, find the time to do things you enjoy, go for a walk, read a book, watch something that makes you laugh etc.

O equilíbrio na vida e no trabalho Uma vez no trabalho, quando me deparei com uma carga horária insustentável que come?ou a afetar minha saúde mental e vida pessoal. E nessa experiência, percebi que era crucial estabelecer limites claros entre trabalho e vida pessoal para manter meu equilíbrio e bem-estar. Uma coisa que achei útil foi definir horários específicos, priorizar e delegar o trabalho e para atividades pessoais, garantindo assim que eu pudesse cumprir minhas responsabilidades profissionais sem comprometer meu tempo com a família e meus hobbies. Essa prática me ajudou a manter o foco, reduzir o estresse e aprimorar minha produtividade tanto no trabalho quanto em minha vida pessoal. No entanto continuam alguns aspetos um desafio.

Dream, dream, dream... Sleep whenever you can - leave that Netflix series for others to binge-watch, rather visit club Duvet at the corner of Sheet and Pillow street... Because of the late nights and early mornings, the only way to keep the candle burning is to get enough sleep. Leave the waiters to go out clubbing on their own, set your phone to "Do Not Disturb" and catch a few precious Z's. It might be the most boring thing to do, but it is also the most responsible and wise thing to do, and your future self will thank you for it!

Its important that as a leader, he/she has to stay focused on the matters that affect customers satisfaction. For example, during the pandemic, what are the customers' major concern? Health and Safety. How do we ensure that the hotels/resorts spaces (bedrooms, meeting rooms, lobby, etc.) are safe. Is the door handle cleaned and sanitize frequently? The management has to draw a list of items that are touch points for the customers. It should be done in every department from the stand point of the customer.

6. Have a soundtrack for your work Music is one of THE BEST motivators when it comes to hospitality. Scientifically, it's been proven to improve work performance &/or job satisfaction. Often, you will see staff with their headphones on whilst setting up for the day, using this hack to tap into their power bank - heavy metal, club & house music or even classical: there is a soundtrack for every mood and for everyone that simply gets you going!
