Communities and Competitors - Social media communities are crucial in spreading the word to right audience. These days there are topic specific communities. If you are part of right the right communities then engagement and reach can increase. - Competitors play a crucial role in exploring new platforms or audiences where research can be shared. For example, on LinkedIn fellow researchers can introduce to other groups, communities and researchers.
