Your readers will appreciate authentic and original content, so avoid rehashing generic viewpoints. To achieve clarity in your writing, prepare your story in advance and keep it concise and straightforward. By following these guidelines, you can create engaging and informative articles that will resonate with your readers.

Purpose and Objectives Before you begin writing, clarify your purpose and objectives. What message are you trying to convey? Is it to educate, inform, or perhaps inspire action? Having a clear goal allows you to focus your narrative and lends coherence to your writing. Catchy Title Your title serves as the first impression and should capture the essence of your article in a catchy, intriguing manner. The title should both inform and entice readers to delve into the content. Compelling Introduction The introduction sets the tone for the entire piece and aims to hook the reader. It should provide a roadmap for what to expect, raising questions or issues that you'll answer or address in the body of the article.

Share content every day to grow awareness, this can be multifaceted, using all the social media channels, website, podcast, email blast. Take time to engage with your target audience. Send out press releases.

One of my favourite ways to author articles and blogs for my audience is to review search query data. By writing articles addressing unanswered questions, I ensure I'm providing value to my audience instead of regurgitating the same information they'll find all over the first page of Google.

People love hearing from and connecting with people. Podcasts and video platforms have democratized the ability for us to share our personalities, voices, and passions. The barriers for entry are low, and the ability to resonate are high. Through the use of various tools, including some powered by AI, your message can be amplified and distributed to many other platforms, channels, and methods.

Ideally, you can transcribe your video into a blog post and several small social media clips as well all from the same original content!

Two of the most powerful platforms (not mentioned) that lead to a "yes" from would-be podcast guests: StreamYard and Instagram. StreamYard has been a solid, easily accessible solution across the world that has had few barriers to access, making it a dream to connect with people far and wide. Instagram is a critical platform to market your podcast, and when hosts and showrunners are forthcoming about their promotional plan in the pitch, I'm far more likely to accept since they've answered the "what's in it for me" question.

If you're hosting a webinar, consider varying up the formats to keep the audience engaged. Rather than conducting the workshop "presentation-style", some of the most engaging sessions and seminars I've taken part in have used the format of a 1:1 interview or fire-side chat.

One of the best experiences I've seen is the slack group created by The Marketing AI Institute. In this group you have members from all levels and experiences interacting and sharing information. The central connection is an innate passion to learn about AI and share knowledge. Because the field is changing so rapidly everyone is excited and willing to question what they know and share what they learn in real time. This makes it a supportive group from which podcasts have been created with fellow members and new ideas percolate and flourish. You have cheerleaders and that's what helps make a good active community. You don't want to miss anything or just "drive by"!
