How can you scale IAM security metrics for your organization?

IAM (Identity and Access Management) security metrics are measures used to assess and quantify the effectiveness of an organization's identity and access management practices. These metrics help organizations monitor, analyze, and improve the security of user identities, access controls, and related processes.

In addition, IAM security metrics provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of your IAM strategy and its impact on your organization's security posture. As métricas ou indicadores s?o relevantes porque, como o nome já diz, indicam como est?o as coisas. Por muito tempo, as métricas associadas à IAM foram voltadas para a opera??o (tickets atendidos, SLA, entre outros) e isso, de certa forma, n?o está errado, entretanto, indicam pouco quando falamos em riscos de seguran?a. As métricas n?o podem ser indicadores de vaidade e, de preferência, devem estar associadas a OKRs, direcionamentos estratégicos e mostrar algo mais qualitativo com rela??o à riscos.
