Needs to appreciate the behavior and taking the lead for motivating the team, though the person can be peer/ subordinate, direct communication and appreciation will motivate him to do better and continue his contribution for team building. O feedback tem que ser dado sempre quando a pessoa esta bem, isso sinaliza que ela anda no caminho correto e promove confian?as, uma pessoa que recebe feedback negativo ela apenas fica desmotivada e tende a ir embora da equipe.
