Every client is different because of their individual personalities, skills and job history. Another important factor is the type of job they are targeting. Clients interview differently based on the position and title. Asking the right questions about the job, client, hiring manager and understanding how your client is aligned with the employer's requirements is very important.

This could involve surveys or one-on-one conversations to gather insights into their backgrounds, educational experiences, and any barriers they may face.
