For example, mix up your presentation to cater for your auditory, visual, and kinesthetic learners. Ideas might include a visual which also has an alternate auditory delivery...which some visual learners may also appreciate. I am not talking about one module catering for a specific learning style, but each module having parts that support the different learning examples. Para fomentar la inclusión es importante entender la interculturalidad del grupo, por tal motivo, antes de iniciar las actividades recomendaría tomar un tiempo para que todos se conozcan y así estén preparados para sentirse libres de compartir sus opiniones y recibir las opiniones de los demás sin tomarlas personales, y durante el desarrollo del aprendizaje usar la evaluación entre pares.

Soy parto dario de que la metodología de evaluación sea acordada entre los alumnos, el docente y los acudientes, de este manera se estudia mula el compromiso, el uso de la rúbrica y también ofrece acciones de mejora porque el estudiante llega a la conclusión de por qué la nota o la calificación que tuvo. Además, si es voluntad del estudiante mejorar sus resultados, darle la oportunidad de hacerlo, respetando los acuerdos previos y teniendo la rúbrica como referente. Por último, el docente y la metodología también deben ser sujetos de evaluación por parte de los estudiantes y los acudientes para llegar a esa meta de inclusión que se busca y darles el protagonismo que merecen.

Always keep an open mind to your own learning. When designing an educational platform for a diverse community, and you listen to the users of the system, you will learn so much more about how people learn well...what does, and doesn't, work. Your learners may not know/have the official language to tell you what works...but be patient and listen! Professional learning is also important...whether it be a crash course in cultural needs of a group, formal seminars looking into neural diversity...it all helps. Yes, it takes effort and time. But it is so interesting, and very much worth it.

La creación depende de los alumnos, ellos siempre encuentran el sentido de la usabilidad y del contenido. Ser literal es ampliar las preguntas y la inquietud del aprendizaje pero siempre se busca algo que no está al alcance de los alumnos para posicionarse y eso les lleva al abismo y eso paraliza búsqueda.
