Our API Interface has a (GUI) Graphical User Interface so the tool is easy to use. So you can take advatage of all the features of our technology that is easy to use. It helps our customers get the most of our technology. In turn, our customers sugest/recomend updates for our new releases. API technology is a gamechanger.

Understanding the problem space and business goals is important for any project, API or not. An API is an interface, as the name says and it is important that the interface is working for the user. Therefore, designing the interface first and provide some dummy data is a good way to understand how people are going to interact with it before spending too much time on things nobody needs.

It gives your customers IT Teams access to an easy to understand access to get the most out of hardware or software features. I use the words easy access subjectively. Ease of use is different for each API.

I have found that the technology the API is supporting is the meat. The API is the sauce. The more inovateve and valuable the technology. The more a robust API is driven by demand. Sometimes integrating different technologies makes them better. Thats where API technology shines. It also provdes customers the abilities to maintain technologies in house.
