Measurable goals are essential for tracking progress, but it's equally crucial that these goals are realistic and align with industry benchmarks. Examining competitors and monitoring their progress post-similar campaigns provides valuable insights, helping set achievable targets based on current industry standards. This approach enhances the effectiveness of the digital campaign planning process.

Here are a few steps I follow: Step 1: Optimising your app for onboarding of a user is key. Your Google & Meta dashboards will definitely fight for attributions but your ultimate source of truth should be your MMP. A vlookup based daily data, even do it ad wise if required, but this will optimise your campaigns to the core!
