From my experience, resistance to cloud services training often stems from two main issues: mistrust around data protection & fear among some employees about not having enough time or understanding to adapt. To overcome these obstacles, it's essential to conduct a introductory session that addresses these doubts through transparent communication & clear preparation for upcoming changes. This session should cover all necessary information, reassuring users about data security & easing their adaptation concerns. For tech-savvy users, however, it's crucial to offer the flexibility to skip basic introductions to avoid frustration & maintain their engagement. Balancing these needs is key to reducing resistance across different user groups.
