Most businesses already have a metric they use to measure success - time, margins, production rate, etc. This is a great place to start. If you're having to make up metrics and measures, you're not adding value to the business.

? Do not give it for granted. Training is not the magical pill for everything. If something is wrong with the processes does not mean that it will necessarily be fixed with training, dig deep enough, otherwise will end up with personnel in a boring training session. ? Use the feedback to improve the training. Once you have collected feedback, use it to improve the training. This may involve making changes to the content, delivery, or assessment. ? Get feedback from the participant’s superiors. This is so important because it will help to get a completer and more comprehensive picture of the training's impact on the person′s new abilities and the way they apply these abilities in their own workplace.
