This is a tough one, but it Has to fall back to the identity of the person making the inquire The processing tool should be required to validate the individual by asking specific questions for ID then it could determine what level I can give an answer, which requires a greater degree of complexity within the NPL internal prompting I’ve not seen anything to that degree that is reliable enough
