En la industria del Wifi tenemos maneras de optimizar la infraestructura permitiendo acceder a datos de geolocalización que normalmente solo pueden ver los Ingenieros de TI para que sean accesibles para los equipos de comunicaciones, marketing, logística entre otros. La idea es integrar en el ecosistema a los fabricantes de Hardware junto con un Software que de valor agregado permitiendo optimizar la inversión , dar un mejor servicio al cliente interno y externo, adicional a tener una visión desde la perspectiva del movimiento y los comportamientos de población basado en tiempo y diferentes momentos.

Dentro de nuestro propósito con este tipo de soluciones esta en lograr condensar en un tablero toda la información que se pueda recopilar que muestre cosas como quienes de las personas que transitaron por cierto lugar son transeúntes, locatarios ( que trabajan en este espacio) o realmente visitantes. Estos datos de movimiento entre zonas si se complementan con datos recopilados a través de la optimización del Wifi permitirán al cliente obtener clúster para tomar diferentes decisiones o para entender ciertos comportamientos basados en perfiles de edad, tipo de gustos , etc. Es decir minimizar la incertidumbre para hacer inversiones mas inteligentes.

Las integraciones con diferentes sistemas de información es vital hoy en cualquier software ya que los datos per se son solo eso Datos. El lograr obtener datos , comunicarlos rapidamente a un sistema que los consolide y luego de esto nos muestre respuestas a preguntas existentes o incluso panoramas que no teniamos contemplados como variables para el exito de un recorrido fisico por el espacio, de un hablador o campa?a de comunicación y por ejemplo en lugares como centros comerciales, estadios , aeropuertos; lograr tomar mejores decisiones obteniendo así retorno directo e indirecto. Tener la posibilidad de integrar es la oportunidad de conocer más.

En mi opinión las apps de navegación aunque bien implementadas no están bien depuradas para el usuario peatón. Se trata de una implementación a base del reconocimiento que ha hecho un automóvil y se adhiere a la acera más cercana. Aunque costoso sería más precisa la recogida de datos a base de los usuarios que transitan las calles y callejuelas.

Según mi opinión y experiencia hay que segmentar a los clientes o usuarios de tus aplicaciones ya sea por skills o rédito económico siempre que sea posible. Dependiendo del tipo de cliente se priorizarán los comentarios y opiniones de estos para así poder centrar el desarrollo en un núcleo más reducido y poder realizar desarrollos a medida e implementaciones más eficaces.

Gran parte de lo comunicado está muy bien segmentado y redactado, pero también se debe focalizar en la usabilidad y la experiencia de usuario y uno de los ejemplos que he visto en la app de Google Maps y que no está activada por defecto y que según mi opinión no debería estar tan oculta desde el punto de vista de la usabilidad, es la implementación de Maps por bluetooth en túneles y que aunque no sea muy accesible es una gran solución para un problema cotidiano. Esto demuestra que la distribución de la botonera y las opciones es importante ya que es una opción que todos los usuarios deberían conocer ya que es algo cotidiano, sobre todo en una gran ciudad.
