Understanding the process and it's exiting constraints and progressively identify, analyzing all risk associated in the operations (applying all possible methods). moreover after these steps you shall create a risk catalog for a consistently process monitoring and risk updating by doing so you're able to optimize. Staff training on the above steps is very essential and must be done proactively (step by step).
