i dont know but in pdf format mostly when i use 800 dpi which is more detailed in contrast with 700 dpi my print is more good visible viewable and more clear on 700 dpi i.e i used and prefer and recommend 700 dpi for detail mapping where number of features intersect each other.

I like to filter my data and limit my specific area to highlight exactly what I want to show. No es lo mismo un mapa que se utilizará para un reporte o informe que uno que será utilizado para una publicación científica. Ya que el primero puede ser más libre y el segundo te lo pueden pedir con ciertos lineamientos como: ppp mínimos x mb máximos Colores o en escala de grises que aparezca tal o cual leyenda
